By booking an appointment with us, you’re agreeing to these, so please take a moment to read through them.
Booking Policy and Terms & Conditions
1. Fees and Payment Terms

Cost of Service
The standard fee for a full assessment is £789.00 This price is subject to change, and any adjustments will be clearly communicated before your booking is confirmed. -
Full Payment at Time of Booking
Payment is required in full at the time of booking. Appointments will not be confirmed until payment has been successfully received. -
Payment Methods & Flexible Options
Payments are securely processed viaĀ Stripe, which accepts all major debit and credit cards. Stripe also offersĀ flexible payment optionsĀ through partners such asĀ Klarna, which may allow you to pay in instalments (subject to approval and eligibility through the payment provider).
2. Cooling-Off Period

14-Day Right to Cancel
In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your booking withinĀ 14 calendar daysĀ of receiving your booking confirmation and receive a full refund. -
Early Service Commencement Within Cooling-Off Period
If you request services to begin during this 14-day period, and any part of the service has already commenced ā such as the sending of intake forms, clinician communication, appointment scheduling, or clinical preparation ā the cost of those services will beĀ deductedĀ from your refund. -
Waiver of Right to Refund
If the service is fully provided before the end of the 14-day period (e.g., the appointment takes place), you agree to waive your right to a refund.
3. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation Within 14 Days of Appointment
If you cancel your appointmentĀ less than 14 days before the scheduled date,Ā no refund will be issued. This applies regardless of the reason for cancellation, including personal circumstances or illness. -
Cancellation More Than 14 Days Before Appointment
If you cancelĀ more than 14 days in advanceĀ and no part of the service has begun, you will receive aĀ full refund. -
Cooling-Off Period Exception
If your appointment is scheduled to take place within 14 days of booking, and you cancel during the cooling-off period, a refund may be issuedĀ minus the cost of any services already provided, such as administrative or preparatory work. -
No-Show Policy
If you fail to attend your scheduled appointment without prior cancellation, this will be treated as aĀ no-show, andĀ no refundĀ will be given. -
Rescheduling
Requests to reschedule must be madeĀ at least 48 hours priorĀ to the appointment and are subject to availability.
If you:- fail to attend a rescheduled appointment,
- wish to reschedule more than once, or
- cancel the rescheduled appointment within 14 days of the new date,
no refund will be issued, andĀ you will not be offered another opportunity to rebook.

4. Late Arrivals

Grace Period
If you arrive late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time. -
Excessive Lateness
If you arrive more thanĀ 20 minutes late, this may be considered aĀ missed appointment, and no refund will be given.
5. Service Commencement
Services are considered to have commenced when any of the following actions occur:
- Sending of intake forms or pre-assessment documentation.
- Direct communication or guidance from a clinician or administrator.
- Appointment scheduling or clinical preparation.
- Any activity that requires administrative or clinical time.
These actions impact your eligibility for a full refund during the cooling-off period and in accordance with our cancellation policy.
6. Refund Processing

Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking. -
Processing Time
Please allow up toĀ 10 working daysĀ for the refunded amount to appear in your account. -
Adjustments and Deductions
Any applicable fees for services already delivered (e.g., admin fees, clinical review) will beĀ deductedĀ from the total refund amount, where applicable.
7. Agreement to Terms
By proceeding with your booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Booking Terms & Conditions. If you have any questions prior to booking, please contact us for clarification.
Priority Booking and Assessment (within 10 working days):
We understand that sometimes you may need to be seen more urgently. If you’re interested in a priority booking and assessment within 10 working days (please note this is subject to availability!), we’ll discuss this process with you personally. We recognise that completing all the necessary forms and the QB Check within such a short timeframe may require additional support, and we’re here to guide you through it.
Looking After Your Information:
Your privacy is paramount to us. All information you share regarding your health will be kept strictly confidential and used solely to facilitate your assessment and care. To provide you with the best possible support, we may, with your explicit consent, need to share relevant information with your GP or other healthcare professionals involved in your care. We kindly ask that you provide us with accurate and complete information about your physical and mental health history and promptly inform us of any changes.
Our Commitment to You:
We are dedicated to providing a thorough, objective, and evidence-based assessment, adhering to the highest professional standards and best practice guidelines. We will always strive to adhere to your scheduled appointment times. Should we need to make any changes to your appointment, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer an alternative date or a full refund.
Moving Forward with Your Care:
Following your assessment, we will work collaboratively with you to develop a personalised management plan tailored to your needs. We strongly encourage you to engage with any recommendations we make, whether they involve ongoing support from our team or referrals to other relevant services. Regarding medication (which we plan to prescribe in the future, but currently facilitate referrals for), we will always have open and honest discussions about potential benefits and risks.
Our Shared Responsibility:
ADHD Wellbeing Solutions offers outpatient consultation services. In the event of a crisis, emergency, or high-risk situation, we advise you to immediately contact your local NHS Crisis Team, A&E, 111 or emergency services for timely and appropriate support. We are committed to treating everyone with respect and fairness. If you have any concerns or complaints, please do not hesitate to contact us, and we will address them promptly and fairly.

All materials and information provided to you are protected by intellectual property rights and are intended for your personal use only. Please do not reproduce or distribute them without our prior written consent. We may update these terms and conditions periodically, so we encourage you to review them occasionally. Your continued engagement with our services following any changes signifies your acceptance of the updated terms. These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of1 England and Wales.
