We offer appointments Monday to Saturday, including daytime and evening slots, to suit a variety of schedules.

Appointment Types

You can choose from the following formats:

  • Remote Appointments via secure video consultation
  • Face-to-Face Appointments at one of our clinic locations
  • School or Home-Based Assessments for school-aged children (available by prior arrangement)

All appointment types follow the same process and fee structure.

How to Book

To book your assessment:

  1. Contact us by email at [email protected] or call/text us on 07533 695269 to arrange a suitable date and time.
  2. Once a slot is confirmed, youโ€™ll receive a link to complete the secure booking and payment form.
  3. Full payment of ยฃ789 is required at the time of booking.
  4. After payment, you will receive confirmation, intake documents, and next steps via email.

Payment and Flexible Options

All payments are securely processed via Stripe, which accepts all major debit and credit cards. Flexible instalment options are available through Klarna and other providers (subject to eligibility and approval by the payment platform).

Cancellations, Refunds & Rescheduling

By booking, you confirm agreement with our full Booking Policy and Terms & Conditions:

  • You have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of booking. If services have not started, a full refund will be issued.
  • If services have started (e.g. forms sent, clinician preparation), the cost of those services will be deducted from any refund.
  • If your appointment is less than 14 days away, and you cancel at any time, no refund will be given.
  • Rescheduling must be requested at least 48 hours in advance and is subject to availability.
  • If you:
    • fail to attend your rescheduled appointment,
    • cancel the rescheduled appointment within 14 days, or
    • request to reschedule more than once,
      no refund will be given, and no further rebooking will be offered.
