Welcome! My name is Rachel, and I provide personalised ADHD assessments and diagnostics in Southport, North-West England and beyond. These assessments can be conducted face-to-face at RevitaMed Health’s private GP services or virtually. For children, I offer flexible home or school assessment appointments to ensure they feel comfortable and confident.
With over twenty years of experience in healthcare, Paramedicine and Advanced Clinical Practice, I have worked with and supported many patients during both their best and worst times. However, I felt there was still something missing; I felt that I could do more.
As someone living with ADHD and a member of a blended family with neurodivergent children, I deeply understand the challenges families face when seeking timely and appropriate support. My own experiences with long wait times, inadequate assistance and uncertainty about where to turn next highlighted the need for accessible services and better aftercare.
As an Advanced Clinical Practitioner, I am skilled in both physical and psychosocial assessments. My numerous interactions with families, patients and caregivers over the years, coupled with lived experience, inspired me to specialise in ADHD assessment, diagnostics and management.
After training with The Spectrum Clinic, receiving tuition and mentorship from private psychiatrists and psychologists and attending every relevant training course and event possible; I am proud to now offer my services to those in need. Alongside assessment and diagnostics, I hold qualifications in managing complex co-morbidities, ADHD coaching, cognitive-behavioural therapy techniques and QB Check interpretation. My clinical knowledge, combined with my experience and ongoing learning, allows me to provide personalised, holistic and non-judgmental support for families.
Together with Dr. Jen and Jen Smith from RevitaMed, along with the support of our external GPs, psychotherapists, psychiatrists, care coordinators and family, I am committed to empowering individuals and families as they navigate the complexities of ADHD and neurodiversity. My goal is to foster growth, resilience and overall physical and mental well-being.
